For 3mm mesh, add temporary supports before filing gabions
How to fill the gabions
The "best rocks" are hand placed on the face of the gabion
Under or over sized rocks placed in the middle of the wall
Additional rows of gabion baskets added to wall
Gabion walls over 2:1 stability ratio will require support posts
Check out the info on wall stability. Support posts are not recommended fro retaining walls, unless engineer designed.
